Roadmap

1. Capital inflow

   Every treat starts at the slot.

   • A 2–3% swap tax is taken on every $PAWW buy and sell on the DEX, on-chain and automatic.
   • It goes straight to the treasury, with no developer-team intermediary.
   • 100% of Genesis Pack mint proceeds are locked into the treasury smart contract as working capital.

2. Capital deployment

   Treats get put to work.

   • 60% Elysium DeFi Pool: $PAWW/USDC LP on the Elysium AMM plus Elysium lending pools, harvesting swap fees and lending APY.
   • 20% Hyperliquid delta-neutral: a market-making vault hedged 1x long spot against 1x short perps, harvesting the funding rate with 0% liquidation risk.
   • 20% Floor Sweep Reserve: a liquid stable-asset reserve that funds the market-intervention contract when NFT prices fall on the secondary market.

3. Autonomous execution

   The sniffer dog never sleeps.

   • An on-chain keeper bot watches secondary NFT listings on HyperEVM. When one is listed below NAV, the treasury calls sweepFloor().
   • Swept NFTs are locked permanently in the Ascended Sanctuary, which cuts circulating supply and restores the floor price.
   • Swap fees, lending interest and funding-rate incentives are harvested automatically and consolidated into a stable asset (USDC) or the native gas coin.

4. Value accrual

   Half the bones get buried, half get shared.

   • 50% of profit buys $PAWW on the open market and burns it at once: constant buy pressure and a shrinking supply.
   • The other 50% streams to stakers of Hypaww NFTs and $PAWW as USDC, every block, and can be claimed any time.
